4G eval has been contracted by the Institute of Informatics and Development (IDD), Bangladesh, to research and prepare a report on Global Consultative Processes on Migration. The report will become part of a comprehensive analysis of public policy processes related to human rights of migrants and inform IID who, in a consortium of development partners aims to improve the transparency and accountability of the migration process by advocating for the implementation of evidence-based and participatory migration.

The report analyzed the historical background and elements that underlie the rapid evolution of Global Consultative Processes (GCPs), and sought to explain the main reasons for the expansion of GCPs across most regions of the world.

4G eval supported the preparation and participated in the International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS) Global Assembly and Third International Conference on Evaluating Evaluation for Transformative Change: Bringing experiences of the Global South to the Global North, Prague, Czech Republic, where the Prague Declaration on Evaluation for Transformational Change has been adopted on 04 October 2019.
