4G eval has been selected by the Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren - Center for Relief and Development (DECCB) to conduct an evaluation of the project Disaster Preparedness through Community Resilience Building, Education and Experience Sharing. The aim of the project is to increase the overall resilience and preparedness of municipalities and citizens in four flood prone Municipalities in the Czech Republic located in the river basins of the Labe and Cista rivers for the events of floods.

The main purpose of the evaluation is to obtain independent, objective and consistent findings about the strengths and weaknesses of the ongoing project and to identify good practice examples that will help the DECCB in planning and preparing new disaster preparedness and prevention interventions.
