Caritas Czech Republic signed a contract with 4G eval for the evaluation of the project Sustainable Cities and Municipalities for Development II implemented between February – June 2019. The project, funded by the Czech Development Agency, followed on previous similar interventions in supported of Agenda 2030 at the level of municipalities and local self-administrations by increasing their capacity to prepare and to implement globally responsible activities. The evaluation focused on efficiency of project processes and procedures (process evaluation), assessment of relevance and usefulness for the 10 participating municipalities and local self-administrations, and the likelihood of sustainability of the positive outcomes.
