Marie Körner is a senior Socio-economist and M&E Specialist with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of project cycle management from assignments in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She is fluent in Czech, English and Russian and has worked for different clients including multilateral and bilateral donors, NGOs, IFIs, and the private sector. Ms Körner is a skilled evaluator with experience in designing and implementing formative and summative evaluations of development projects and programs using qualitative and quantitative methods. She has also experience in designing and managing socio-economic surveys and in setting up monitoring systems. Her sectoral focus is on WASH and on social development. Ms. Körner is a skilled facilitator of inclusive participation and dialogue with different categories of stakeholders, using interactive approaches. Her particular interest is the sustainability and continued benefits from development interventions. She is an experienced team leader who can effectively communicate and network in different cultural environments.

Jiří Pištora is a senior Hydrogeologist and Water Resource Management Specialist with considerable managerial and team leader experience. His areas of expertize include hydrogeological research, urban and rural drinking water supply and sanitation, wastewater management, exploitation of groundwater sources and balance of groundwater resources, groundwater protection and remediation, pollution investigation and spreading of contamination in groundwater systems, as well as assessments of environmental impacts, environmental audit and natural resource management. Mr. Pistora has considerable experience with designing and implementing evaluations in the water and environmental sectors. He is also skilled in the assessment of absorption capacities and capacity building needs of public and private actors and has practical experience with participatory approaches, partnership strategies as well as with mainstreaming of environmental issues, gender aspects and poverty in project design and evaluation. His particular interests include sustainability of development interventions, cost and time efficiency and environmental impacts. Mr. Pištora has worked on assignments in different countries in Europe, Asia and Africa and is an external consultant/monitor for the Czech Development Agency. He has excellent communication and skills and is fluent in Czech, English and Russian.

Barbora Latečková is a M&E and Private Sector Development specialist. She worked in the public sector at the Czech Development Agency under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 8 years, where she was responsible for bilateral Czech-Mongolian aid (monitoring, contract management). She was also seconded to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP Istanbul Regional Hub), where she managed a Trust Fund for 4 years, piloting a new aid scheme called the Expert on Demand (the scheme was later replicated by Slovakian, Romanian and Russian aid institutions). After returning from Istanbul, she resumed her position in the Agency and worked as a B2B programme manager (later supervisor) focused on private sector involvement. Ms. Latečková has a Master´s Degree in European Studies and is familiar with both qualitative and quantitative data gathering methods, as well as with conducting semi-structured interviews and surveys. She is a skilled facilitator, familiar with latest communication tools and methods, trained in project management, PCM and evaluation. She is fluent in Czech, English and is able to communicate in German and Spanish.

Ms. Mitrofanova speaks Russian, English and Czech and uses her language and communication skills in organizing and facilitating workshops and conferences including teleconferences. She has worked for a variety of clients including TV and radio companies, the private sector and non-governmental organizations. Country experience includes Russia, the Czech Republic, Vietnam and Cambodia.
